Play Chess with ChatGPT (OpenAI, GPT 3.5, or GPT 4) or GeminiPro (Google).
There are two modes:
(A) The standard mode, in which both you and the AI follow the standard chess rules to prevent illegal moves. You have options to choose from:
- The native ChatGPT4 API (weakest chess player)
- Prompt improved GPT4 API (e.g., better chess player)
- Enhanced backend chess calculation API call with GPT4 (i.e., strongest chess player)
(B) The No-Rule chess mode. In this mode, we strictly adhere to the instructions provided by ChatGPT AI when making moves. Experience a chaotic and humorous chess game where unexpected moves such as illegal moves, self-captures, random piece generation, and suicides may occur.
You can choose among different LLM AIs:
- GPT 3.5 (OpenAI)
- GPT 4 (OpenAI)
- Gemini Pro from Google
A minimalist design allows you to start playing effortlessly.
Additionally, ChatGPT will communicate with you during gameplay.
